1. Discount Details

Offer valid at $68 per HTMA profile for Profiles 1 & 2 only. This pricing applies exclusively to the purchase of Profiles 1 and 2.

2. Purchase Limits

Limit of three (3) purchases per customer with a minimum spend of US$100.

3. Exclusions

Not applicable to HTMA bundles and supplements.

7. Distributor ID Requirement

Participants must use the distributor ID 6663 in their submittal form and sample collection envelope to avail of this offer; failure to do so will disqualify them from this discounted rate.
