What is the refund policy for Practitioner Plus?

The Practitioner Plus membership is billed annually, you can cancel at any time and not be charged for the following year. However, cancellations requested after you have purchased any deals using the membership discount will not result in partial refunds. This membership is not refundable after rewards have been used. How Are Plus Member Discounts Applied?
